At Schnitt, we're all about beer. It has always been our passion, and one of the main reasons for us to wake up every morning and do something for a living. At least until it's time to slow down, grab a cold one, and enjoy the lazier parts of life. So we started brewing our own beer, always remembering to take it easy and appreciate all the wonders of life. Schnitt - the newest and the most innovative craft brewery in Israel is in fact a brewpub, located at the heart of Tel-Aviv. Its three partners are well known characters in the growing Israeli craft beer scene. Since its opening in January 2022, the brewery had released no less than 40 different beers in almost every style, from blond ale to smoked beer. Schnitt is without a doubt the most talked about and interesting craft brewery currently operating in Israel. Their Israeli "never-seen before" display of huge variety of fresh and delicious beers, help them increase their fan base by the day, both by the growing beer enthusiasts community and by others.

The beer is named after Jaffa, the historic city, now part of Tel Aviv. Jaffa is famously known for the oranges that used to be exported from its harbor to Europe and the world. The oranges added enhance the citrus notes of this delicious West Coast Style IPA.
